Episode 52

Grounding Commitment Through Breath and Body

Some mornings do not need a complicated reset. They need one steady place to return to. This short practice helps you begin the day by grounding in breath and body, then connecting with the commitment underneath how you want to show up.

What commitment do you want to live today?

This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The practice opens and closes with a bell as a soft cue.
