Episode 7

Breath And Light Visualization

Welcome to another enlightening episode of the Journey Your Own Meditation Series with Jyothi V. Robertson. In this session, we embark on a transformative journey to cultivate and share the radiant light of positivity, compassion, and love.

The key focus of this meditation is on harnessing the power of our inner light and energy. Jyothi invites us to turn our attention inward, exploring the candles of love, abundance, and compassion that reside in our hearts. By nurturing these inner flames, we aim to become sources of light and positive energy in the world.

The meditation practice combines breath awareness with a captivating light visualization. It commences with a grounding breath meditation, allowing us to leave behind the busyness of our thoughts and connect with our inner selves.

Once anchored in the present moment, Jyothi leads us through a profound light visualization. We envision an external light, allowing it to gently warm and relax different areas of our bodies. This external light represents the positive energy we wish to cultivate.

As the meditation unfolds, we draw this light inward, allowing it to bathe us with its soothing warmth. We become vessels of light and positive energy, and through our breath, we release this positivity into the space around us.

Listening to this episode provides an opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Tune in to experience the profound benefits of this breath and light meditation, and let your inner light shine brightly, touching the lives of those around you.
