Summer Solstice Meditation

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a powerful time to reconnect with your inner self and the natural world around you. In this special meditation session, Dr. Jyothi V. Robertson guides you through a grounding visualization designed specifically for the solstice, helping you align with the abundant energy of this significant moment.

This meditation invites you to step away from everyday distractions, gently grounding yourself in presence and clarity. You'll deepen your connection to the warmth and sustaining energy of the sun, using this symbolic day as a chance to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the months ahead.

Throughout the practice, you'll explore your place within the expansive universe, offering gratitude to the sun while opening yourself to receive its powerful, renewing energy. If you're seeking clarity, energy, or simply a moment of peace amidst life’s busyness, this meditation is a nurturing way to mark the Summer Solstice and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Take this opportunity to embrace the peak energy of the season—breathe, reflect, and recharge your spirit.
