Episode 42

Birthday Meditation for New Beginnings

A birthday can feel joyful, tender, quiet, or full of reflection. This guided meditation offers a way to pause and meet your birthday with presence.

This meditation explores birth and rebirth as an ongoing experience in your life. Through breath, visualization, and reflection, you reconnect with the energy of your first breath, honor the beings who have supported you, and offer a fresh wish for yourself out to the universe, as if today were a new beginning.

This episode was recorded from a live Journey You Own Meditation Gathering, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice.
