Episode 54
Morning Awareness for a Busy Mind
Some mornings, the mind is already busy before the day has fully started. Thoughts arrive with their own energy, texture, and pull. This short practice helps you notice that movement without immediately following every storyline.
You are invited to observe the quality of the mind with curiosity. Is it fast, heavy, scattered, sticky, or clear? Rather than judging what appears, the practice creates space between thought and awareness of thought. That space can be quietly powerful. It helps you remember that a thought can be noticed without becoming the whole experience.
What changes when you notice a thought without following it?
This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The practice opens and closes with a bell as a soft cue.
