Episode 55
A Grounded Practice for Completing the Day
What would it feel like to let the day settle?
This end-of-day grounding practice invites you to return to breath and body, notice what has been carried, and feel the quiet support of the earth beneath you.
This meditation is an invitation to consider completion. Not everything has to be finished for the day to feel complete enough. Completion may be felt as a breath, a settling, a release of effort, or an aspiration for how you want to close this part of the day. Intention is how you show up, and here that intention is shaped around what it means to end with awareness.
This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The practice opens and closes with a bell as a soft cue.
