Episode 56

Listening to Where Your Attention Goes

Where is your attention being drawn today?

Before the day gathers momentum, something may already be quietly pulling at you: a task, a person, a concern, a hope, or a conversation. This short morning practice invites you to notice that pull with curiosity, and to let it become a doorway into clearer presence.

What might your attention be asking you to notice?

This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice. The practice opens and closes with a bell as a soft cue.
