Episode 43

Set Down the Day in Stillness

Some days linger in the mind and body long after they are over. This guided meditation supports you in setting down what you have been carrying, so you can reconnect with steadiness and ease.

You begin with full, grounding breaths and a gentle settling through the body. You are invited to feel the stability of the ground and the support beneath you, letting the body soften without effort.

Then the practice shifts into a calming twilight visualization. The practice closes with gratitude and the option to place an aspiration or intention out into the universe.

This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice.
